DUBAI - Hollywood actor, Liam Neeson, dismissed rumors that he had become a Muslim.
While attending the premiere of the movie Taken 3 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the actor of Irish descent that states still embrace the Roman Catholic religion.
Previously, widely rumored, he converted when he was following the shooting of a film in Turkey.
"No. I did not convert, "said Liam Neeson in an interview with Alarabiya, Wednesday (14/1).
The issue was not the first time 62-year-old actor override this. Mid-year 2012, he is said to have embraced Islam.
The news media warmed up after the Daily Mail published an article which said, Liam Neeson considers activity so touching prayer for his soul in Turkey.
"Kumandang call to prayer sounds five times a day (for me in Turkey). In the first weeks, according to me, the noise was very disturbing. Neeson clarified that his statement was not because she wanted to convert to Islam. However, he just felt really love the way Muslims worship.
